This is the new cell produced by Intellect Battery. This SC battery is better than GP3700 and costs less. Average voltage testing (30amps down to 1 volt) show some cells around 1.16 to 1.18. These are not matched or zapped. They cost less and so far are showing an average voltage close to 1.19 at 30 amps.
