By incorporating a flared head design in a body just 5.5" long, the T2 Is capable of projecting light effectively up to 2.5 Miles.     NOTE: The packaging and Inova catalog both state 85 Lumens and 5 Hour runtime for the 2007 model T2. Now that we have units in hand we find the 85 Lumens very believable but given that the light uses 2 CR123A's and likely is driven at about 3W we would expect more like 1-1.5hrs at full output then perhaps 3 hours more at reduced output - we'll update more as we have time to do more testing. We do really LIKE this light. It's very slim, it's very bright and it has excellent throw. If you're wondering what the real world difference is between this and the 2007 T1 think of the T1 as the closer range floodier light and the T2 as the thrower then choose appropriately based upon your own needs.
