The Romisen RC-T6 is a fairly impressive light. Offering 3 output levels or modes the RC-T6 drives each of it's CREE Q4 LED's at 250-300ma which means it's not only very bright but it's also very efficient as the LED's are more efficient when drive at lower current levels. The RC-T6 uses an intelligent system where low output uses 2 LED's, medium output uses 4 LED's and high output activates all six - this apporach keeps each set of LED's in their efficiency sweet spot.
