The M11R is similar to the M10R flashlight, but has a polished titanium alloy body. This elegant flashlight is definitely for the high-end user, but can also suit the needs of those who are looking for an all around solid flashlight that does the job. Powered by one CR123A battery or one 16340 battery, this flashlight can produce spectacular lumen outputs for its compact size. It is this small shape that makes the M11R so great for portability as it can easily slide into your pocket or clip onto your belt so it stays put and is right there when you need it. All of this in combination with the high powered LED inside make this flashlight one of the top flashlights that Sunwayman has to offer.

Numerous Options

Multiple Output Modes

Part of the M series flashlights that feature the Magnetic Control system, the M11R has the same versatile mode selection capability as the rest in the series. However, the bright CREE XM-L (U3) LED inside can produce extremely bright levels of light for its compact and efficient size. Just twist the Magnetic Control Ring near the bezel and get instant activation of 300 lumen Turbo mode, 160 lumen High mode, 100 lumen Medium mode, and 10 lumen Low mode which lasts up to 70 hours. Want to leave the light even longer? Sunwayman equipped this light with Firefly mode, a one-half lumen mode that can stay on for approximately one entire month! This is an unprecedented feature that is rare among even the most expensive flashlights on the market. An additional hidden Strobe and SOS mode provide for signalling capabilities. With a maximum effective range of 130 meters, the M11R outdoes all other pocket sized flashlights.

Titanium Construction

Interstellar Strength

Most flashlights you will find at the department store are usually made out of cheap plastic that cracks after one drop. The better flashlights out there are usually made from aluminum alloy which is excellent for resisting impacts, but could potentially dent if hit hard enough. This M11R is expertly crafted from beautiful polished titanium alloy, the same material used in fighter jet engines and even the NASA space capsules Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo. What makes titanium so desirable? Titanium, the 10th most abundant element in the Earth's crust, is also very difficult to extract which also makes it somewhat costly. However, the extraction process pays off as it is not only super strong, but also lightweight. Now you can carry the M11R with even more ease and the confidence of an astronaut.

M11R Sirius light review
October 22, 2014
I have owned this light for at least a year now. The quality is the best I have seen and I have bought a lot of different LED lights from Olight, Nitecore, and JETBeam. This unit is much heavier and very well built. The beam is more of a flood light with no adjust-ability in the beam width. The color and brightness from the light is very uniform with no bright or dark spots in the beam which makes it very nice for illuminating an area. The light works with one CR123A battery, or the RCR123A rechargeable lithium-ion. One thing I have noticed on my light is with the rechargeable RCR123A batteries, the light will flash intermittently and at random times when OFF. Just a flash of light that corresponds to nothing. This "feature" does not happen with the CR123A batteries. I think this may be due to the larger voltage output of the RCR123A batteries. I also do not know if all M11R flashlights do this. I did try several different brands of the RCR123A's and all of them resulted in the intermittent and random flash. I am currently using the light as my EDC. I have one from Olight I like, but this one is some much better made with the solid titanium body. The threading that attaches the two parts together is not like a regular screw, but more like a machined channel that is very smooth and holds together very well. If the random flashing is an issue for you then you might want to ask other users of this light if they have experienced this phenomena as well.
Pros:
Small size, heavy weight, and good accessory packet. Belt holster included as well as extra O-rings, and a spike, which can screw into the end. The spike would impact some some damage if you hit someone with this.
Cons:
Intermittent and random flashing with RCR123A rechargeable batteries when the flashlight is OFF.

A PORTABLE LIGHTING GEM
May 16, 2013
Just received this light, Sunwayman M11r Titanium and it is really a beauty. All functionality is controlled by a rotating ring just below the bezel. Right where your fingers would be if you were pointing the light at something. Rotating it clock wise gets you three settings low, medium and high. The hi with a rechargeable battery is 300 lumens. It backs off after three minutes to keep from cooking the light. There are four other modes you get to by rapid twisting the ring clockwise and then counter clockwise from the high position gets you a strobe setting. Doing it again gets you the SOS setting. If you rotate the light rapidly from the medium setting the same you get a really low mode and the doing it again gets you a beacon mode which activates every two seconds or so. In appearance the light is just under three inches long and seven eights of an inch in diameter, It is solid polished titanium. It has a substantial clip mounted with two screws. The clip is anchored to the rear of the light in such a way that the screws are recessed allowing the light to tail stand. Beam quality is good with a very even gradation of light from edge to center. It has a wide throw. The color tint is pretty near daylight white. In overall appearance this light is really cool looking the machining is perfect and very artfully done. The size is just right for \"Every Day Carry\" and although a little heavier than aluminum lights feel really good in the hand. The only thing I was surprised at was the width of the through I would have preferred a bit more of a spot. From it. I think the size of the LED precludes this. The interface, having to turn the ring to fire up the light is a but perplexing to others when you hand them the light. I don\'t thing I.ll be handing this light to very many others. If you really want a EDC that most everything. A EDC should be. Get this. For a little less bling and a little less ging get the regular M11r. I recommend this light highly

Beautiful EDC
December 18, 2012
I\'ve had the pleasure of owning/collecting a few of the more recent EDC-class flashlights and this is definitely one of the most refined, feature-rich, and aesthetically beautiful flashlights I\'ve seen. It\'s very solid in construction and feel, and it operates/changes modes with superb precision. I feel that the threading that holds a flashlight together is an important indicator in the overall quality of any given flashlight, and the threading between the head and base of this flashlight feels almost perfect. It was well-lubricated (but not at all messy) directly from the package, which makes battery installs/changes a breeze. There was no wobble, grinding, or misthreading at any time, after several tests. The magnetic control system is a ring suspended between the head and tail of the flashlight, and functions smoothly when gently twisted, transitioning between modes with gentle \"stops\" along the way. This engineering feat is due to Sunwayman\'s clever integration of bearings and magnets to create a pleasant, seamless, highly functional means of changing between modes on the flashlight. The hidden modes were easy to discover and are not at all prohibitive, when trying to use the light for everyday purposes. The beam produced on \"Turbo\" mode (highest output) doesn\'t \"throw\" as far as some lights, but the pattern seems to illuminate everything quite clearly for around the first 50feet, and then gradually darkens to blackness at what seems to be around 100feet away. All in all, it seems to have average illuminating performance amongst other high-quality EDC lights from Nitecore, Olight, JetBeam, SureFire, and other Sunwayman EDC lights, but higher than average build quality/feel/toughness. For the price, one could purchase three or more other high-quality EDC lights. But, if you want a light that could withstand an armageddon or two and still expect it to function afterwards, this might be your ideal EDC! Please note, I have not thoroughly tested the \"toughness\" of this light, which I expect to rate \"exceptionally tough\"; it\'s a very pretty light, and I wanted to keep it that way. I\'d love to hear any stories that could attest to this light\'s \"balls\" (of course, I mean the bearings....)
