I am not going to give it rating.Won't be fair. It didn't perform as promised.Tried new batteries with same results . Another reason I picked this one was because of front view. I didn't get the same one. Dos'e a finger have to be pressed in the aperture at bottom .
This would also not have happened if it had been tested before shipping. My shipping costs should also be paid for because the order is not completed to satisfaction,

The only thing I would change would be the delivery method. It took too long to receive the product; not three to five days as stated. Why did the company use the USPS to deliver to UPS, who in turn delivered it to DHL to go cross country and when the package got to Texas; it was reversed process: DHL to UPS to USPS to home. Delivery time was 8 days. The shipment should have been USPS all the way. Maybe next time.

This tester uses the battery it is testing as a power source, so there is no need for additional batteries.

You place the hearing aid battery with the positive side up on the tester. The display will show a meter of how much power is left. If nothing displays, then the battery is dead.
