The Murata CR2016 is a lithium coin cell that is designed to work in small and compact devices that require low power, yet continuous use. This lithium cell has a low drain in addition to having a higher density and capacity than other coin cell chemistries. Additionally, with a capacity of 90mAh and a voltage of 3V, this battery is ideally suited for watches, calculators, digital thermometers, glucometers, and keyless remote entry systems for cars and homes. Works as a replacement for Duracell®, Eveready and Panasonic®

We are a Segway Distribution center in Texas and have been purchasing batteries from Battery Junction for a couple years. Some of my customers tell stories about other on-line merchant's new batteries that are close to dead when they receive them. That has never been the case with Battery Junction. We buy boxes of 50 at a time. The last battery in the box has the same voltage as the first battery in the box. We get excellent batteries at a great price with fast shipping. That's how business is supposed to be.

These tested @ 3.26V and had 9 years left on the shelf life according to the Expiration Date versus day I received them. I'm very pleased with their performance and Battery Junction as a whole. Only negative is the Super Saver Shipping option is more like "Super Slow" may it would be more proper to call it that. I would still highly recommend these cells and Battery Junction.
