Just In Case...

Some of my clocks use C cells. Just in case I am out of C cells I can temporarily put a AA battery in one of these adapters until I get more C cells. They work and fit perfectly.

These AA to C converters work great and are easy to use. They definitely do not add the extra weight of a C battery. The only drawback is the lower mah capacity of the AA battery. Still, they are good to have around.

With these C cell spacers even if you run out of C batteries 1 AA battery transforms into 1 C battery.

the info on this product mentions for emergency use, does that mean that using AA with these spacers is not as efficient, long lasting or good as using regular C batteries? Thank you for your response.

A C cell battery will have a much longer runtime than running a AA battery in the spacer.
