I'm glad I get the email alerts from Battery Junction. I saw the new Fitorch HS2R headlamp come out, and thought I'd try one (since I was so impressed by thier P25 Little Fatty flashlight, also from Battery Junction). Holy cow, this headlamp is way nicer than I'd hoped for! It's got all the latest top shelf features. Separate LEDs for spotlight or flood, usb charge port and cable for its included Fitorch branded, high quality, 2600 mAh 18650 Li-Ion battery. Tough body construction of lightweight aluminum, and the icing...motion activated control! Yep, if your hands are busy, cold, dirty, etc. the light can be turned on or off easily with a wave of your hand! (or just use the top mounted textured rubber button) Look for this feature in lights costing waay more..I tried it, works great! Plus, the light is easy to install or remove from its high quality headband assembly, featuring easy light angle adjust, and a super quality headband that has material and construction that rivals those that cost a lot more! Comfy, very secure, and also easy to adjust. I've got some other headlamps, some I'm embarrassed to admit what I paid for them..but this new gem from Fitorch has risen to to the top after using it and seeing how bright it is and how useful the beam pattern choices are. IPX6 rated, so use it in a rainstorm if you want. Of course it has beacon, strobe and SOS, if you need those options, All in all, you won't be disappointed in any way with this feature packed beauty from Fitorch and Batteryjunction.com. 5 Stars all day(and night!) I'm so glad I decided to try one, you should too! Honestly, can't be topped for the price, and actually nicer than many other costlier brands!
