When exposed to a composting environment, it fully breaks down into organic compounds in a matter of months. Please note that the bumper is not designed for residential composting and should therefore be sent to a special recycling facility, when necessary. Not only is the Nite Ize BioCase created from earth-friendly materials but its packaging is as well! The paperboard packaging is made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials and is printed using non-toxic ink.
