I ordered a pair of these to put on my camelbak ambush pack i ordered recently. For some odd reason the shoulder straps arent padded...kinda dumb considering what they are asking for these packs, anyway got the pads in the mail pretty quickley and they work great only down side is the colors dont match, the pack is coyote brown and the pads are tan.

I have this in both the 2" and 1.5" versions. Both are well-made and have good velcro straps to attach the pad to the shoulder strap. They would benefit from having more grippy material on the side that contacts your shoulder, otherwise it will constantly slip off your shoulder. The 1.5" slides much more than the 2" version, but both don't work very well.
