They had the baterry I needed in stock. Website is easy to navigate and order. Regular shipping took too long, over a week, IMO..

My dissatisfaction is with delivery time though I paid for shipping. My batteries took 18 days to come from WESTBOROUGH, MA 01581 to Fayetteville, NC 28303. I think a piece of First Class mail arrives much faster than this.

To be honest their customer service is very responsive and product was what I ordered and packing was good. If someone needs in fast and hurry, might want to consider about delivery time.
