In terms of actual functionality, the HC35 operates through a single button interface granting access to 5 brightness levels and 3 special modes. The main light has a magnetic tail cap allowing for free-handed lighting on any magnetic surface making the HC35 the headlamp equivalent of a swiss-army knife.
