I have many different Nitecore TM lights and I run batteries down from long use and have extra batteries but to cut charging time in half is a godsend. If they did not make this quick charger I would need to buy another battery but at the low price of this rapid charger every TM owner should have one. Well worth the price and I am totally happy with the purchase. Battery Junction Rocks !!

I'm very happy because it has a fully charge quickly.

The 2 amp charger cuts the charging time on the Aux battery pack of the quad 4 in half. 7 hours vs 14 hours for a full depleted battery. Why they don't just ship all batteries with the 2 amp charger vs the 1 amp kinda remains a mystery to me. Having to wait 14 hours to recharge a battery is too long in my book. 7 hours is bash my an overnight charger and I wish it could be even faster than that. I know slower charging of a battery does extend battery life in the long run but 7 vs 14 hours are both slow chargers in my book. If they a 1-2 rapid charger, that would be better and that level of charge rate could shorten battery life a little but at least you have the option if you need raped recharge such as search and rescue groups, emergency personnel etc. The 2 amp charger dis have a green led to shower it has power in addition to the blue led on the battery itself. Ha I g chargers that are slow and slower makes about as much sence as putting screen doors on a submarine. I.E., if your going to build it, build it right.
