One of our most popular key chain lights, the Nitecore Tip now has a savvy successor - the Nitecore Tip 2! Thanks to a brand new design with innovative features this light is perfect for close to long range lighting. The Tip 2 has a detachable magnetic tail great for hand-held or hands-free lighting. It takes an incredible 5.5 lbs of weight to pull the tail cap free from the light, preventing accidental loss. Two Neodymium magnets provide superior strength that keeps the light attached to the tail cap or to magnetic surfaces for a hands-free tasks. The tail doubles as protection that conceals the built-in micro-USB port. Additional carrying options, including a detachable clip, are perfect for attaching the light to backpacks, hats, and more!

The upgrades don't stop there! Compared to the original, the Tip 2 is almost the same size, but has double the amount of LEDs and outputs! The built-in 500mAh Li-ion battery is rechargeable hundreds of times and even has a max run time of 55 hours!
