When using both spotlight and floodlight modes together, the UT27 outputs 520 lumens to create great visibility on even the darkest, toughest trails. Both lights use CREE XP-G3 LEDs to ensure the highest quality experience. For even greater versatility, the spotlight uses warm white light while the floodlight utilizes cool white light to ensure that you're prepared for any conditions.
With its dual button interface, it's also incredibly easy to use, regardless of whether you're in a rush or taking your time. With this feature, you can also use both of the lights simultaneously for truly well-rounded visibility. The dual buttons also feature a Lockout Mode to prevent accidental light activations when the UT27 is stored or transported.
This product also takes the user's wellbeing into consideration by including an Auxiliary Red Light. With it, you can protect your night vision to prevent eye strain. This also allows the user to utilize the Nitecore UT27 for activities like stargazing, wildlife observation, and night time photography. It can even be used in emergency response situations if necessary. Although compatible with 3 AAA batteries, this products comes with a rechargeable HLB1300 Li-ion Battery pack with a built in USB-C charging port, bringing you even greater convenience.
The UT27 also includes a feature entirely unique to itself: a glow-in-the-dark battery compartment.
