As easy as replacing the bulb went to led light .much brighter .I like that it works in my 2 c cell all the way to my 5 d cell .

Upgrade your Old School MoonBeam or MagLight.

If you own an old MagLite or an old bootcamp military style flashlight (Fulton MX/991/U) that you are holding on for sentimental value, then this is the cheapest and easiest way to upgrade and wake up your old faithful. This style LED light will replace the existing old light bulb on flashlights that take C or D cell batteries. It's definitely a night and day difference. Highly recommend upgrade for under $10. One could never have too many backup flashlights.

Great upgrade for old Maglites

Have 2 of these for my 3 D-cell Maglites. 55 lumens is pretty low output these days but an upgrade from the OEM incan bulbs. Fit is great, focus adjustment works like normal and after using one of them as a makeshift lantern, no temperature issues after being on for 6 hours. Great upgrade to get more useful life out of a solid old flashlight.

easy to install and makes a big difference form the old bulbs you won't be spotting deer at a 1000 yards but does make that old flashlight brighter
