Not super bright, but better than OEM incan bulb

I got this for an old 2D Maglite because I got tired of the incan bulbs always breaking, not to mention the dim yellow light they put out. The LED drop-in is an improvement and makes my Maglite useable again. A little brighter and a whiter beam of light.

Decent Replacement

This is for flashlights with two to six cells. You will not get the maximum brightness with a 2-cell light. In addition, there is a center dark spot that detracts from the light pattern. It is brighter than a normal PR-2 bulb, but probably not worth the cost when you can get a much brighter flashlight for about the same price.

I got this for a four cell Mag Light. It worked better than I thought that it would. It is brighter but doesn't have the rings (hot spots) that the factory bulb had. While not being as bright as the new big money lights on the market, it is a big step up. It should be using less power and I picked it up on sale. All good.
