The Nite Ize SlideLock 360 Magnetic Carabiner is an ingenious twist on the classic carabiner. This new concept features two SlideLock carabiners which are joined by a 360° twisting magnetic middle point. Having a fully rotating middle point between the carabiners allows you to use them together or separately depending on the situation. Also, the two strong neodymium magnets can handle up to 6 pounds of weight when joined, or can be separated and attached to any magnetic surface for a handy keychain/hook on the go. For added security there is a threaded locking mechanism that still allows rotation but adds extra security in addition to the magnets.
