Olight Obulb MC

New and Improved Obulb with Color-Changing Mode

The Olight Obulb MC continues the legacy of the original Obulb and adds in some brand new features like multi-colored lighting and warm white modes. The Obulb MC has 8 total light modes ranging from pure white light to color changing to flashing. These modes are great while out camping, adding some additional colored lighting to outdoor parties, or as an emergency light for signaling.

To activate any of these modes, it only takes a simple press of the button conveniently located at the base of the light. Use single-handedly and press through all of the lighting options until you reach your desired output.

Magnetic Charging

The Obulb MC uses Olight's signature magnetic charging system. Because of this, the base of the light is magnetized for hands-free lighting wherever there is metal. Additionally, this means that the Obulb is easy to charge with the included MCC charging cable and is compatible with other Olight accessories like the MCA or Omino.

Operation

How to Operate
The button is located at the bottom of the product. It can be operated by pressing the flat part of the bottom, or by pressing the top of the cover provided that the product sits securely on a hard surface.
ON/OFF
Single click the button to turn the light ON. Press and hold to turn it OFF, and the last mode will be memorized.
Change Output
When the light is on, single click to switch the modes. The circular order is as follows: white light (low), white light (high), red, green, blue, fade between colors, cycle between colors, flashing red, OFF, etc.
Special Mode
Continuously click (at less than 5 second intervals) on teh button for 20 to 200 times, the special mode will occur at random. At this time, flowing colorful lgiht appears, and the speed slows down over time. 30 seconds later, it will enter into white light (low) mode automatically. To re-enter this special mode, please repeat the above operation.
White Light (Low)
When the light is off, press and hold the button for less than 2 seconds to access white light (low) directly.
Lock/Unlock
When the light is off, press and hold the button for over 2 seconds, the light will be locked out after a short flash. Under the lockout mode, press the button for less than 1 second, the light will be on with low white light momentarily. To exit the lockout mode, press and hold the button for over 1 second until the light is on with low white light after a quick blink.

Hello, I am loving this little itty bitty orb, and it has so many colors to brighten up your day or night. I love them so much that I just ordered four more; one of each color is what I'll have. They are going fast. Get�em while you still can.

Nice improvement over the first gen model

The higher lumen output is nice but the added colorful lighting modes is the best part of this newer version. Some runtime is sacrificed in the LOW mode though but 40 hrs is a lot. I would have given the O-Bulb MC 5-Stars if the "Special Mode" could be set as a regular mode like all the other ones and not revert back to the LOW mode after 30 seconds. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the O-Bulb MC.
