Magnetically Rechargeable Battery Pack
The headlamp is powered by the next-generation Petzl CORE PRO rechargeable battery pack, able to offer long runtimes of 12 hours continuous standard lighting plus a 2-hour power reserve. The CORE PRO battery pack (included for your convenience) is an advanced, lithium-ion power source equal to 900 AAA batteries, built with a high capacity and customized magnetic charging contacts. Able to recharge inside or outside of the PIXA R Headlamp, you can power the CORE PRO while it is currently in use or prepare a backup battery for longer outings.
