1600 watts is designed for some heating type appliances such as: blow-dryer, curling irons, heating pads, electrical blankets, steamers, food warmers, etc.

Converts 200-240V to 100-130V.

Does "No U.S. Plugs" mean I CAN or can NOT use it with U.S (110v) appliances?

The converter kit does NOT include a US plug adapter, but can be used. This converter kit allows you to use 110V appliances in countries that have 220/240 AC power.
