These lights are not only micro USB rechargeable, they also have the unique feature of accepting three different kinds of batteries.  The Sentinel E3 is powered by an ASP 16340 Li-ion battery (included), but can also be powered by one Li-ion CR123A or one Alkaline AA battery with no special adapter required.  With the 16340 power source, these little lights can produce 400 lumens for up to an hour.  The single tail switch button is easy to press and also has a lockout function (to prevent accidental activation) when you rotate it one full turn.  A half-press turns on the light in momentary mode, and a full press switches the light to constant on.  Double-tap the tail switch to get into the secondary mode (low lumen mode).
