The Thumb UV features dual switch capabilities as well as an adjustable head. On the body of this light is a switch to the main white LED light source and one for the Ultraviolet light. The dual switch system makes it easier than ever to switch on the right light that you need! The head of the light has 120 degrees of flexibility. As a user who is working on cars, out in the wilderness, or even just on a walk - you will be able to comfortably aim the light beam where it is needed.
Moreover, the Nitecore Thumb UV also features a 365 nm wavelength ultraviolet light in the same housing as the white LED. That's the shortest wavelength possible with LED technology - well outside the visible spectrum of light. The Thumb UV has two front-mounted LEDs (white and UV).
