Can this be used for less than 200W some thing like a Blue Ray DVD player or cordless phones?

What wattage is this item rated for. For example, could I operate a US appliance rated at 200W at 110V on this converter?

This Seven Star converter is rated for 1600 watts. You don't want to push it to the max 1600w, but 200w is definitely doable.
