With a maximum output of 55 lumens in a 226.38ft (69m) beam, making it perfect for search and rescue missions in low visibility conditions like heavy smoke. The included sliding diffuser provides a lighting option that dispels heavy shadows for improved close-range clarity. It can also use multiple power sources so your light never stays dead for long on your missions.
Multiple LED Colors
The Sidewinder Compact II Rescue incorporates four LED colors: white, green, blue, and infrared. Light from the green LED assists users' night vision with minimal light disturbance. The blue LED provides lighting perfect for reading documents or maps. An IR LED allows you to see beyond the normal spectrum of the human eye to locate stains or leaks.
Tactical Style Features
This headlamp's clip can attach to helmets, straps, or MOLLE gear to suit your specific needs. IR Safe Mode prevents accidental activations so your battery doesn't drain without you knowing. To provide the perfect lighting angles, this light can tilt 185° and rotate 360°. Double-clicking the switch on any output activates strobe mode in case of emergencies. To prevent mode changes while you're working, the rotary switch must be pulled in order to turn.
