The Ultimate Dual Fuel Flashlight

The Streamlight ProTac 2L-X EDC Flashlight is a dual fuel LED flashlight that will work with an 18650 battery, as well as CR123A batteries. When your 18650 battery is drained easily slip that into a charger and slide in some CR123As into your flashlight - that way you will never have to wait for your flashlight to recharge again. The TEN-TAP programming lets the user choose between three programs which include: high/strobe/low, high only, low/high modes. Featuring a solid state power regulator your flashlight will always get the maximum light output throughout the span of your batteries' life.

Additionally, the Streamlight ProTac 2L-X EDC Flashlight is constructed of a durable anodized aluminum construction that has an IPX7 waterproof rating. This flashlight is waterproof up to three feet for thirty minutes. Included with the Streamlight ProTac 2L-X EDC Flashlight is a removable pocket clip and two CR123A batteries.

EDC Flashlight

I am one of THOSE People, I have way to many flashlights. I had to get just one more. Glad I did. Good size and it is knurled. Has 10 Tap, and it will tail stand. It uses 18650 and 123 batteries. What I love about this light is the center of the beam is slightly defused. As you can tell, I love this flashlight. It has become my new EDC. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.😎

Great flashlight for EDC

This is a great light for EDC, at work and at home. The brightest setting is only 500 lumens, but appears brighter than my older (more powerful) flashlights. I can only assume that it's because of the ProTac 2L-X C4 LED, and the reflector's beam formation. I love the fact that it's dual fuel, so I can use a charged 18650 button top battery, or 2 -CR123A batteries in a pinch. Also, the strobe function is a good option to have included, in case I need to use the light defensively, alongside a weapon.
This is my first Streamlight flashlight, and I'm very happy with my purchase. *In the past, I have always 'cheaped-out' on my flashlights, and now I can see that I wasn't doing myself any favors.
