The Streamlight ProTac HL USB Rechargeable Headlamp is the newest addition to the Streamlight HL Series. Similar to most of the flashlights in the series it offers a powerful lumen output - but this light is now hands-free. The rechargeable headlamp comes with a tethered diffuser cap for flood beam, as well as Red and Green light filters. These add-ons make the ProTac headlamp the perfect universal-use headlamp. The Red and Green filters let you use the light for hours on end in the dark without causing excessive eye strain. Moreover, this LED headlamp comes with a rubber hard hat strap and an elastic head strap that lets you use this headlamp in almost any situation. Slip it onto a hard hat at work or a helmet when outside at night. Or slide the elastic strap onto your head to walk your dog or see at night.

The Streamlight ProTac HL USB Rechargeable Headlamp features the unique TEN-TAP programming which features three different settings. The settings include: high/medium/low, high only, and low/medium/high. Reduce your neck strain with the 90° tilting head of the rechargeable LED headlamp. Additionally, charge your flashlight on the go using almost any USB source. All you have to do is plug the cord into your headlamp and wait for the includede battery to charge. If you don't want to wait for it to charge then this headlamp is capable of using other batteries as a backup source.
