Fixes the RCR123A voltage issue

Most RCR123A (rechargeable 123A size) batteries put out 3.7vDC, which means many flashlights cannot use them as they will shut off when the voltage exceeds 3.1vDC or so. This is 3volts, so does not have this limitation. Been using it for six months and life is about the same. I love the fact the charger is built right in, I can charge it from any micro-USB charger.
