Fantastic light. Amazing throw for the size. Considering the brightness, throw, size, and price this is easily my favorite flashlight.

Amazing throw on this light

This light is a great thrower and offers a lot for the money in my opinion. I like the way the moonlight turns on after a couple seconds of just holding the power switch so you don't hurt your night vision (or signal to others your location) by turning it on a higher setting then needing to cycle down to moonlight. I like the universal micro USB charging and I feel the output setting options are spread apart well. being a thrower the reflector is not as small as some other lights in this category so its larger if you carry it on your belt but the beam really does throw and I have lit up over 600 feet across my friends backyard and then across the pond at the back of the property. As with another Thrunite light that I own I would like the switch to be maybe a bit larger but more importantly to have better tactile feel so I can more easily find it by touch in total darkness. Some bumps or grooves or grit to the surface I think would be a good improvement on design. Also, an extra 3/8 to 1/2 inch of extra length would probably make it feel better, more secure, in my larger to XL (glove sized) hands. Overall great value if you are looking for a thrower.
