Great to charge lots of batteries
I've had this for over a year now, and it's still going strong. I generally use it to charge 10 at a time, and it sometimes takes up to 24 hours. I normally charge over night on a steel cabinet (incase of fire, leakage, ect) and by the next day, there all green. I've had no issues of any not charging (sometimes the batteries are not in all the way) but that's operator fault, not this. Great to charge lots of batteries at a fair cost. There are more expensive options, and you do get what you pay for, but this get the job done for what's required of it.

So far worked well
I\'ve had this charger and used it regularly for 2 months now. It\'s a decent charger. No problems as of now. It is slow but it only charges and discharges @ 250mah per the instructions. I bought a MAHA c9000 for the serious work but this does it\'s advertised job so far. Also if your child pushes the \"little red button\" when it\'s almost done charging and causes the discharge cycle to start you can push the button again and it goes right back into charge mode. So far, so good for a basic charger/discharger....

Not durable
When new, the unit did as it should. It will take a long time to charge your batteries. Unfortunately, the unit is slowly failing. At this point, it will only charge 4-5 batteries at a time. If you put any more batteries in the charger, the indicator lights will all start to flash.

Excellent, with a couple of caveats
Very nice charger -- it does a fine job of, well, charging batteries. It does suffer from a couple of issues, though. First, it\'s slow. NiMH cells should be charged well before they\'re dead, but this will still discharge them completely -- overnight charging isn\'t uncommon. I wish it had an OPTION for conditioning instead. The other issue is minor. There\'s a prominent red button on the top. Press it and the device begins the discharge/conditioning cycle again. So if your batteries are 10 seconds away from a full charge and your 8-year-old son presses the button, you\'re stuck waiting while the batteries are drained and charged. These things in mind, it\'s a fine device. But be prepared to wait for results.

almost everyting
i goth this charger with 24 2600 nimh batteries. the charger is awesome my only complaints is i wished it had 12 slot as i user batteries in groups of 4, and that it charged a little faster.

Must Have Charger
For many years I\'ve been using the standard \"quick\" chargers that you can buy in any convenience store. Over time, my rechargeable batteries lost life, and a few of them died. This charger fixed all that. It chargers batteries individually, and rejuvenates old batteries (and tells you when a battery is no longer serviceable). It\'s great when you have a device that requires an odd number of batteries since most chargers can only recharge in pairs and do a lousy job of recharging batteries of mixed discharge. It chargers slowly, so this device is not appropriate for folks who want to reuse the same batteries repeatedly in one day.
