"Until someone makes a good Picatinny rail attachment for your bicycle this is the best way for your to attach your high powered tactical light to your bike. The QD function hasn't failed me yet. It's convenient so you don't have to unscrew anything to relive your light. I am no crazy mountain biker but I have logged plenty of miles on trails and parka with my wife and kids and the mount had never failed."
