Introducing the newest edition to the Energizer flashlight family, the Vision HD 3AAA Performance Metal Light. Running on just three common AAA batteries (included), this impressive light is able to generate a brilliant 250 Lumens of illumination that can reach up to 80 meters away. In addition to its maximum output, the Vision HD 3AAA also features a dimmer power-saver output and an emergency strobe output, all of which can be switched between smoothly thanks to the light's digital output regulation. The light's LED is specially designed to produce neutral white light, which is less stressful on our eyes compared with the cool white light that most LED flashlights produce. The Vision HD 3AAA's body is constructed from durable commercial-grade aluminum alloy, giving it improved impact and water resistance.

"Very good light small and compact, very bright this is the second one i have bought. You won't go wrong with this flashlight. Amazing performance for a good price. Ed"
"Compact robust 4' flashlight featuring prodigious maximum light output of 250 lm. Allegedly provides an operational time of 2. 5 hrs at 250 lm, but I did not test to confirm this. Several reviewers hace complained of critical defects in the tail switch on this light, but I did not experience this in the 3 lights that I purchased. Like its 6AA 'bigger brother,' it features 3 output modes - maximum, power-saver, and strobe, but, regrettably includes no option for a truly intermediate level output. Energizer does not publish the light output or expected run time in the power-saver mode for some inexplicable reason, at least not anywhere where I could find it (including their web site). One of the chief advantages of this light is its ability to use commonly available AAA one-time-use batteries, though it also runs satisfactorily with rechargeable NiMH AAA batteries (unknown run time with these batteries, dependent on battery capacity). No instructions are provided with the light, though most functions are either self-evident or can be determined by trial-and-error (except for the 2-second 'click & hold' required to activate the strobe feature). The beam has a decent throw of at least 30m, more than adequate for a small EDC light. One warning note - the light has no reverse polarity protection, and so can overheat dangerously if the batteries are inserted incorrectly. Be sure to carefully note the diagrams on the plastic battery holder, which has arrows to indicate the proper battery orientation. At $12, the light may be a very good value, but this is somewhat dependent on its useful operational life, which I do not yet know."
