From Moon to Turbo modes

"I am a flashlight junkie. While I usually prefer a tail-cap switch, I am stoked to have a really low level mode (moon 10) in the same torch as extreme level (turbo 4200) mode, in addition to the other six common modes. I like these so much that I gave out several for Xmas. I ordered extra batteries which also charge by USB-C so that we could keep fresh spares at the ready, just in case. I still carry my HL USB as my primary tactical EDC for both the tail cap switch and a clip that lets it ride lower, but I often carry both, with the G15 being my go-to utility carry and back-up unit."

"I bought this flashlight 2 years ago on a whim. Since then I have purchased three more (it’s that good). Using this flashlight every day, I have had many admirers who have also purchased these flashlights. Not one person has been disappointed. I have one in all my vehicles and camping trailer. It does take a little getting used to but is quite bright when you need it. I have also bought extra 21700 batteries so I don’t need to waist time charging the flashlight. The only down side is it does get very warm on turbo and it doesn’t always last quite as long as the stated time in the specs. So far all the Klaris products that I have tried have been high quality. My experiences with this product have been excellent, no complaints."

Excellent Flashlight

"This is my second one of these, this one being updated and even brighter. Side button lights are easier to control but only if there is a clip that is 180 degrees to the switch like this one. My other lights make it a roulette chance of finding the switch in the dark. The one button control make it easy to control. The fit and finish are excellent. The beam has a wide pattern. This is probably my favorite light."

Very misleading output / runtimes

"I was really excited in this refined-looking 21700 flooder with good runtimes. The batteryjunction. com page says: * Turbo mode is measured in total runtime including step-downs. I'm giving this 1-star because not only Turbo mode steps down, but also High mode (2000lm) as well. This light has both timed and temperature based step downs. So even though High(2000 lm) might be running cool, it will step down after 7 minutes to 20% output regardless. The maximum sustainable output for this light, then, is Medium ~ 500lm. Now its not so impressive."
