Lighting Technology
CREE XM-L2 U2 LED
Equipped with a CREE XM-L2 U2 LED, the Nitecore EC4 is capable of producing an impressive 1000 lumens on turbo mode. It has 5 different brightness levels including a Turbo, High, Mid, Low and Ultra-low mode and 3 concealed special modes including a Strobe, SOS and Location Beacon mode. The EC4 runs on either 2 x 18650 batteries or 4 x CR123A batteries, which gives you more flexibility when powering your flashlight. It also features a rear thumbscrew lock that can connect to a tripod and can stand steadily on its tail. It transforms easily into a camp light or camera light when it is secured on a tripod.
