No, these are primary battery and should never be put in a charger.
Are the Surefire SF123A CR123A rechargeable?
No. Surefire CR123A batteries should never be put in a charger or they may explode. A rechargeable version of this sized cell is a 16340 or an RCR123 battery but please note that the voltage on a rechargeable version is higher than that of a non-rechargeable battery. The non-rechargeable battery is 3V where as a rechargeable version is 3.6-3.7V - you need to be sure your device can take a battery with a higher voltage.
