If you are looking for one headlamp to rule them all, then look no further. Here we have the SureFire Maximus Vision headlamp, which is the brother to the original Maximus headlamp, yet provides a warm-colored light that is easier on the eyes. The light produced is very similar to that of a tungsten lamp, which is easier to look at especially when using for extended periods of time. The Maximus uses a high performance LED and a custom reflector to produce a wide beam developed for our natural field of vision. The specially designed large knurled dial allows for output adjustment even while wearing gloves. Built from ultra-lightweight magnesium and attached to a comfortable headband, the Maximus is ready for any mission.

Variable-Output

Equipped with custom LED, the Maximus produces a fog cutting 450 lumens in High mode. While in Low mode, which outputs a single lumen, this headlamp can run up to 70 hours. Adjusting your output can easily be done one-handed via the variable-output dial. The virtually indestructible LED is electronically regulated to maximize output and runtime, so you get the most out of what you're doing. The light assembly rotates up and down 90°, making easier to see, as it cuts through haze and fog. What you are left with is an optimal path of vision, for the Maximus renders colors in a natural way. The beam color may be warmer, but you are still provided with a wide and evenly distributed array of light.

With the built-in "fuel" gauge indicator, you can see how far off you are from the next charge. Included with the Maximus headlamp is a lithium ion battery that can be recharged with the included AC or DC charger. All kept safe in the rugged and lightweight magnesium body, you'll never have to worry about damaging the power source. SureFire made no compromises when designing this headlamp, and you'll be able to feel that once you throw this beast on your head.Features:
