Will this charger work as a replacement for a NiMH charger with the following specs: input: 24VDC 1.0A Output: 4V +-0,5 (no load) 4V - 18V (load) 1.0 A average Plug on my current (nonfunctioning charger) has 3 ports / holes that go into the battery. Thank you for your time.
