MIDS Power Source
The Ultralife U10025 military battery is a non-rechargeable C-cell and is the only approved replacement for the U2550HCES-F95. This lithium primary battery offers a long operating life and a high capacity, both of which are necessary to power important government communication tools, such as the MIDS-LVT, or Multi-functional Information Distribution System. The Ultralife U10025 military battery keeps the MIDS up-and-running, in order to maintain constant surveillance and communication among military professionals. This non-rechargeable lithium primary battery offers excellent performance regardless of temperature. The impressive shelf life also makes the U10025 instantly ready for use, even after a long storage period. This C-cell battery from Ultralife is, therefore, the perfect solution for when high currents are required after a long storage period.
MIDS typically utilize three batteries at a time. When replacing your power source, it is recommended to replace all three at the same time for optimal safety and performance.
