good for car and emergency
"My mom and her fiance are driving down south from new England this January so for Xmas I put together a road trip cooler bag with a few things to help make the ride easier as well as a few just in case items. I selected this flashlight because of its ability to easily charge from USB in the vehicle as well as function as a small power bank in a pinch (to charge a USB device you need to use the included USB charge adapter). The tactical tail cap was just a bonus. Also, the 18650 it came with had a micro USB charge port at the top of hte cell but you can plug the light directly into USB without removing the battery. Now its not the highest output light you can get in this size today but it costs less than the latest 2K lumen lights and 1180 lumens is plenty for most cases so I was happy to save a little money on a lower output light and I think it will be great to carry in a vehicle and have around in a black out if needed to charge a cell phone in a pinch. I gave 4 stars only because I'm not too familiar with the brand name and want to see how it holds up."
