Very good but not worth the premium
"These are the best Chinese cells but nothing as good as others claim. They are on par with the USA made cells and the 1700mah rating means very little as I have said in other reviews here. I am currently in the process of finishing my updated runtime tests for my primary battery comparisons. I have included 2 runtime graphs showing the performance in a single cell Malkoff and dual cell Malkoff light. Someone claimed their light was a lot brighter and ran for much longer. I can tell you that there is very little gain in brightness (nothing the eye can really distinguish) and there is no additional runtime gained from any primary cell. if my graphs show up properly, you need to look at the lumen output numbers more than the curve of the graph. as you will hopefully be able to see; there is marginal gain only at the start of the test. It's nothing the eye will really see. Otherwise it's curve is just like all the USA made cells. I personally would just buy whatever has the best price at the time on purchase/need. These are better than the titanium cells by far and i have yet to test the tenergy's. You can see 1400mah cells performing just as good as the higher rated cells. It's your call but your buying into marketing hype."
