The CR2 can produce a maximum of 575 Lumens! That is almost double the Lumen output than the CR1!! While utilizing 2 CR123A batteries this light will also double its runtime - it will last a maximum of 80 incredibly long hours of bright light. The CR2 does continue to use the new engineered pre-focused outputs to allow for optimal light outputs. A tactical user will always be able to see their environment with this blindingly bright light.

The CR lights are made of materials that are less likely to break during inclement weather or dangerous situations. The outside frame of this tactical light is made of aerospace anodized aluminum and finished with a Type III hardcoat anodized material. The flashlight being made of such hard materials, combined with the O-ring sealed compartment, make this light extremely water resistant and impact resistant up to 2 meters! Accumulatively all of these features make this light almost indestructible - which is why it is perfect for law enforcement and other tactical users.
Moreover, the CR2 is slightly longer than the CR1. It is 5.3 inches long making it the perfect size for you to balance it comfortable in your hand. Even though this light is bigger, and has brighter outputs, it barely weighs more than the compact Tungsten CR1. This flashlight weighs an exceptionally small 3.2 ounces - even with the batteries!
