Tiny Lantern with Big Impact
The game has changed - lanterns are now a fraction of their former size and weight thanks to LED technology. Blackfire's Backpack is proof that the days of bulky propane canisters and delicate mantles are long gone. This pint-sized lantern is easily more powerful than old-school propane lanterns, but hangs on the exterior of your backpack, barely adding weight or bulk. With a rubberized clamp and integrated carabiner, there's no place it can't attach. Hybrid design allows you to use it as an area light or traditional flashlight. And it's built to withstand the great outdoors, with an IPX-4 rated hull keeping the inner electronics safe from rain and fog.
Deep Features for Maximum Convenience
Incredible features keep the Clamplight Backpack at the forefront of design. The lantern features two different brightness levels (125 lumens in high mode, 65 lumens in low mode) so you can adjust the light to suit your space. Switch from lantern mode to flashlight for a more focused beam. If you get in trouble, engage the strobe mode as an emergency beacon. Swivel the head to point the light exactly where you need it. Batteries are easy to replace with the screwdriver-free snap system. Rubber overmolding allows you to keep a secure grip, even in bad weather or dirty conditions. And an intelligent voltage chip keeps your light levels consistent even as your batteries drain.

- Voltage regulation chip means your light output doesn't flicker or dim as your batteries drain
- Snap battery housing enables you to replace cells without a screwdriver. Twist off the lantern head and load the battery cartridge.
- Polycarbonate lens is tough enough to resist cracking or scratching, while still giving maximum light throughput
