Blackfire Firefly LED Clamplight - 70 Lumens
Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny
For such a tiny light, Blackfire's Firefly Clamplight is a tricky little gizmo. Only 6 inches long, it can clip to a belt loop or backpack strap while barely adding weight or bulk. But you'll come to rely on the utility of its 3 LEDs, which produce a 70 lumen flood of light you can stick anywhere and point in any direction. The sturdy clamp allows you to clip it to any surface. Once attached, the head rotates 360° and pivots 130°, allowing you to direct the beam precisely at your target. And when you're done, the carabiner clips onto your gear, allowing you to stow your Firefly away safely and accessibly.
Deceptively Tough Body
Powered off of three AAA batteries, the Firefly is remarkably efficient. It can run for up to 20 hours before you have to replace your cells, giving you more than enough juice for a long weekend of camping or fishing. And let's just say the weather doesn't turn out as planned, and some rain sneaks up on you. Not to fear. The Firefly's body has an IPX-4 rating, which means it can withstand rain, snow, and thick dust without affecting performance.
