But two of the batteries were back ordered (which I knew when I ordered them) and the customer service folks were great, keeping me informed and also agreeing that, even 'though there would be two packages shipped, there's still be no shipping charges."

"I was using Panasonic 18650s's in my dual head Klarus RS30 (great flashlight, by the way) and they rattled around in the battery compartment. These Efest batteries solved the problem, they also fit well in all my other flashlights too. they're powerful too, a noticeable difference compared to the Panasonic 3. 6V batteries. Don't know how they'll stack up endurance-wise compared to my other 3400 mAh batteries since I just got them. I own quite a few other Efest batteries (different sizes) and have been happy with the quality and performance."
