"The online forums say this cell by Energizer is suitable for both low drain devices such as analog watches and for high drain devices such as back-lit watches. So far after 2 weeks one is working fine in my analog watch and should last for two years. Energizer was the original brand in my Swiss watch, which is a good recommendation. I chose Battery Junction after having a Swiss Renata cell that was two years before its expiry date from Amazon India go dead after only two weeks. These cells are said to be manufactured this year, with 5 years more before expiry. Energizer's website gives good technical data that shows cell life decreases rapidly in the heat of the tropics so I'll keep the remaining cells I purchased from Battery Junction in the fridge for the next ten years."

"I was looking for an 'LR927' battery for a new LED lit Jewelry Loupe that I just purchased at another site. I was a bit confused to asked Customer Service to confirm the correct battery for me.
