Utilizing a single switch system located below the bezel, the E35UE features a maximum output of 900 lumens on Burst mode to provide for temporary yet super bright light without completely draining the battery. Fenix also incorporated its Broad Beam System which generates a brighter beam for more coverage. Additionally, select from 360 lumen High mode, 120 lumen Mid mode, and 10 lumen Low mode for multiple light settings thanks to the CREE XM-L2 (U2) LED inside. The intelligent memory function allows instant access from either a previous mode when the light is on, or when the light is turned off to the last mode you left it on. Simply press and hold the interface switch for a half second power the light on or off and when it is on, just push the switch to cycle through output modes. To turn on the powerful 900 lumen Burst mode, hold the switch for one second.Superior Craftsmanship
The Most Compact YetFenix made the E35UE smaller than the UC40 and still even smaller than the PD35 but had it retain the stunning outputs that these lights can produce. Measuring at just 13 centimeters long and weighing only 72 grams, this light will fit comfortable and unobtrusively in your pocket, tool box, or glove compartment. The compact design that Fenix came up with still allows this light to run on either two CR123A batteries or a single 18650 battery to keep producing brilliant light while running for hours on end. You won't find a more durable light for its size anywhere else as this tough piece of gear is IPX-8 dust and waterproof rated. "Well made, simple interface, easy lock-out with a quick twist of the head. This is a great light for close to medium distance, no it is not a thrower but has a perfect medium focus with very few artifacts in the spot and nice spill. My only complaint would be that the switch is a bit hard to find in the dark, but I always get it on when needed."
Quite a lot of light for the price
"I liked the neat overall size. It's pocket-carryable, but I use it next to my TV chair, for finding buttons on the remote. It 's brilliant like a 1000 lumen rate, but only when you're pressing the switch. It blasts my back yard, no need to adjust the focus. Very nicely designed- no twisting for spot or width needed. As usual with these small units, it's not easy to find the switch by feel, unless you've been preparing for the need. In a lighted enviro it's easy to see. The minimal brightness is 10 lumen, I like much less - 1 lumen lets me read print without distraction to others."
