Fenix HL30 2018 Edition Outdoor Hiking Headlamp - CREE XP-G3 and Nichia Red LED - 300 Lumens - Includes 2 x AA - Blue

Fenix HL30 2018 Edition Outdoor Hiking Headlamp

Featuring Red and White LEDs

The Fenix HL30 2018 Edition Outdoor headlamp is designed for those who want to spend countless nights in the great outdoors. The astoundingly long runtimes and light outputs are extremely important for outdoor enthusiasts. This headlamp provides 300 lumens which are the perfect amount of lumens to light up the woods and trails, without blinding others and has a maximum runtime of 200 hours. The runtimes make this headlamp perfect for weekend camping trips and other long-term outings because you will never be left in the dark with dead batteries. When your batteries eventually do run out of juice, easily replace them with 2 x AA Alkaline or Ni-MH batteries. No need to wait for batteries to charge or to spend money on batteries with chemistries you have never heard of - just pick up some everyday AA alkalines and you are good to go. The 60° adjustable head combined with the flood beam will provide a softer wide beam of light which will easily light up the entire area.

Moreover, the Red LED is guaranteed to help make seeing at night easier. When you need to find something at in your tent without waking up other campers then use the softer red output. Walking around trails at night is also easier as the red output puts less strain on your eyes and it protects your overall night vision.

Brighter than the Original

The Fenix HL30 2018 Edition Outdoor Hiking headlamp has a maximum output of 300 lumens and a runtime of up to 200 hours. These specifications are better than the 2015 edition which only provided 230 lumens and a maximum runtime of 150 hours! That's right the newest edition is brighter and can last longer under the right conditions. Additionally, the 2018 edition features an IP67 rating, whereas the 2015 edition only sported an IP66 rating. This difference might seem minor but to a serious hiker or outdoor enthusiast having this added protection can be invaluable. IP67 is completely protected against dust and foreign objects and is waterproof and submersible for short periods of time. The Fenix HL30 2018 edition ensures that your flashlight will survive your next outing - rain, snow, sleet, or shine!
