Alternatively the light can be adjusted to Tactical Mode where all operation is focused on the tactical tail switch.

Casual or tactical, you decide!The LD22 is a unique flashlight in that the interface can be swapped between a casual side switch and full on tactical operation with the tail switch. The Outdoor Mode has full access to the flashlight's 4 lighting levels, strobe and SOS modes while the Tactical Mode is limited to Turbo, Medium and Strobe to keep mode selection quick and decisive. The powerful strobe can be used to disorient attackers or as an emergency signaling tool, a great feature for any every day carry flashlight. When outdoors the LD22 truly shines with a 394 Foot Throw, illuminating objects at an incredible distance.
