Fenix is switching it up as far as design with their newest edition to the LD series. Introducing the LD50, with its dual LEDs and ultra compact flat body design. Measuring in at just over 5", the LD50 produces a skin melting 1800 lumens. That is a lot of light coming out of such a compact flashlight. The flat body design combined with the curved sides make the LD50 a pleasure to hold, while the intuitive one-button control makes using this beast a breeze. The LD50 is crafted from durable aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and is finished off with a premium Type III hard-anodized and anti-abrasive finish, that gives the LD50 a beautiful look. A built-in belt clip makes it so you can easily carry the LD50 by your side and be ready for your next hike, camping adventure, or dog walk.

Dual Outputs

Equipped with not one but two CREE XM-L2 LEDs, the LD50 outshines the best of them. The LD50 outputs five brightness levels including strobe and can't be matched in terms of flexibility and reliability. The side-by-side reflector and separate circuit design makes the LD50 usable even when one of the LEDs is not powered. Using the intuitive one-button interface is very easy to use. Press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it on, then press the button again to cycle between the 1800 lumen Turbo mode all the way down to the 25 lumen Eco mode, which will give you a run time of up to 150 hours. Press and hold the switch for one second, while turned on, to get into Strobe mode. The on board intelligent memory circuit will remember the last output you left it on, so there are no surprises.

Flexible Options

The LD50 can be powered by either CR123A batteries or 18650 cells, giving you a couple of different configurations. You can power it with both an 18650 and CR123A batteries in separate battery compartments or light up one of the dual LEDs with either one 18650 or two CR123A batteries in its corresponding battery compartment. Now that is true versatility. You can monitor the power being used in the LD50 by the low voltage warning function. You also don't have to worry about shorting out the batteries or damaging the light because it is waterproof in accordance with IPX-8 standards. Features:
