A New Twist On An Old Favorite
The PD22 is back and this time it is the Ultimate Edition! The PD22 now features a CREE XP-L V5 LED that when paired with a 16340 Li-Ion battery is capable of up to 510 Lumens of light output! The PD22 is still as slim and compact as its predecessors, and still features the unique multi-functional side switch that made the original so popular. The light is powered by a single CR123A battery or the rechargeable 16340 variant, fits conveniently in almost any pocket and attaches securely thanks to an included pocket clip.
Small But Tough
Despite its small size the PD22 has always had a reputation for being one of the toughest pocket sized lights on the market. The body of the light is made out of anodized aircraft grade aluminum, and the lens is made out of a tempered reinforced glass that makes it highly resistant to drop damage. The light is rated IPX-8 Waterproof and is therefore submersible up to 2 meters so this light is perfect for outside work even in wet weather. The internal circuitry of the light is also very damage resistant, and features solid state LED technology as well as reveres polarity protection.
